Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead creative strategies for e-commerce and DTC campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals, target audience, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create innovative concepts and campaign ideas that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
- Analyze consumer insights, market data, and performance metrics to inform and adjust creative approaches.
- Oversee the creation of multi-channel content (email, social media, ads, landing pages, etc.) that speaks to the brand voice and supports the customer journey.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and video producers to ensure the creation of compelling visuals and messages that drive conversions.
- Optimize creative assets based on performance data and testing insights to continually improve campaign results.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, digital innovations, and competitor strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of creative execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, preferably in an e-commerce or DTC setting.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer journey optimization, and digital marketing.
- Expertise in developing data-driven creative strategies that drive engagement and sales.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns with measurable success in e-commerce or DTC environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights.
- Knowledge of consumer psychology, branding, and digital trends.
- Self-starter with a passion for creativity and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of direct-response marketing strategies and performance marketing.
- Basic video editing skills or experience working with multimedia content.
